A man has been charged with rape and sexual abuse of a patient at a hospital in Norway. ^[1] The charges allege that the defendant, who served as a hospital chaplain, exploited a position of trust and a dependency relationship to sexually abuse a woman who was admitted to the hospital. ^[2] False images generated by artificial intelligence depicting King Harald of Norway, Queen Sonja, and King Haakon were shared on Facebook following the king's death. ^[3] The defendant has resigned from his position and does not admit guilt regarding the patient's inability to resist. ^[4] The first alleged assault occurred in the chaplain's office while the woman was there for help after another assault. ^[5] Eskil Grendahl Sivertsen, a special advisor at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment, stated that the operators of these pages have an economic motive to earn money from advertisements. ^[6] NRK reported that the social media pages sharing these false images are linked to click farms located in Vietnam. ^[7] Eskil Grendahl Sivertsen explained that another motive for the click farms is to influence the population and create division by sowing confusion and uncertainty. ^[8]
