JetBlue has unveiled BlueFirst, a new domestic first-class product that will feature larger seats, upgraded food and drinks, priority airport benefits, and tech-forward touches on flights that do not currently offer the Mint premium cabin. ^[1] JetBlue has unveiled BlueFirst, its first domestic first-class cabin, which will be installed on its fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft. ^[2] BlueFirst cabins will use a two-by-two seating arrangement that eliminates the middle seat, with seats developed using mattress company Tuft & Needle's T&N Flex foam. ^[3] BlueFirst will be available for booking this fall, with the first aircraft featuring the new cabin scheduled to enter service later this year. ^[4] Travelers on BlueFirst flights will be able to order food and drinks directly from the entertainment screen, including a 'Mixologist Mode' to build customized cocktails. ^[5] JetBlue has developed a food service called FirstFare, which uses cardboard bento-style boxes containing an entrée, side, and dessert. ^[6] The BlueFirst cabin will feature three rows of Collin Aerospace MiQ First Class recliner seats upgraded with Tuft & Needle's T&N Flex foam. ^[7] The seats are configured in a 2-2 layout with 12 seats spread across three rows at the front of the aircraft, offering five inches of recline and around 37 inches of legroom. ^[8]
