César Cravioto Romero, Secretary of Government of Mexico City, formally delivered the Second Government Report of Clara Brugada Molina, head of government, to the local Congress. ^[1] Street vendors from the Alameda Central blocked the circulation of Avenida Juárez for four hours because they disagree with the guidelines for commercial reorganization and the reduction of spaces for sales in the park. ^[2] César Cravioto Romero said the report includes 13,000 new homes concluded and under construction, 40,000 home improvement actions, and 4,000 housing units intervened. ^[3] Olivia Garza de los Santos, president of the Mesa Directiva of the Congress, received the document and said it will be analyzed in detail. ^[4] The report indicates the administration completed more than 3,000 public works, 450 kilometers of repaving, and 13,000 new or under-construction housing units. ^[5] The Second Government Report is organized into seven major axes, with eight 'Utopias' projects already opened and four more close to delivery. ^[6] The submission included four specific documents: the general report, the executive summary, the statistical annex, and the report on the municipalities. ^[7] The report covers interventions in 777 public schools benefiting over 200,000 students and the construction or rehabilitation of 316 soccer courts. ^[8]
