Miami-Dade investigators said Chenelle Antoinette Doctor, 27, a substitute teacher, was charged with a felony for possession of a firearm on school property after a loaded gun was found at Westland Senior High School in Hialeah, Florida. ^[1] Employer health care costs are projected to increase by approximately 11% next year, marking the sharpest rise in more than two decades. ^[2] According to the arrest report, a teacher found an unattended bag in the auditorium of Westland Senior High School on a Tuesday in 2026 containing a Walther PPS 9mm handgun in a black holster with a chambered round, a magazine inserted with 7 live rounds, and an empty magazine. ^[3] During her bond court appearance, Chenelle Antoinette Doctor told Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Mindy S.
