JetBlue has unveiled BlueFirst, a new domestic first-class product that will feature larger seats, upgraded food and drinks, priority airport benefits, and tech-forward touches on flights that do not currently offer the Mint premium cabin. ^[1] JetBlue announced its new domestic first-class experience BlueFirst, which it said will be available for booking this fall and will see its first equipped aircraft begin service by the end of this year. ^[2] BlueFirst cabins will use a two-by-two seating arrangement that eliminates the middle seat, with seats developed using mattress company Tuft & Needle's T&N Flex foam. ^[3] BlueFirst will be available for booking this fall, with the first aircraft featuring the new cabin scheduled to enter service later this year. ^[4] Travelers on BlueFirst flights will be able to order food and drinks directly from the entertainment screen, including a 'Mixologist Mode' to build customized cocktails. ^[5] JetBlue said BlueFirst passengers receive Group 1 boarding, reserved overhead bin space, priority check-in, priority security lanes in more than 30 airports, and BlueFirst and BlueFirst Flex fares include two free checked bags, priority baggage delivery, and waivers of change/cancel fees under certain conditions. ^[6] JetBlue said BlueFirst seats, developed with Tuft & Needle's T&N Flex foam, use a two-by-two configuration with five inches of recline and up to seven additional inches of legroom compared to Main seats. ^[7] JetBlue said each BlueFirst seat includes a 13.3-inch Bluetooth-enabled entertainment screen using the Blueprint by JetBlue platform, seat-side ordering, USB-A and USB-C ports, 110-volt power outlets, and free Fly-Fi internet. ^[8]
