Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a meeting of the Pobeda (Victory) Organizing Committee via videoconference on September 4. ^[1] A new shipment of humanitarian aid including communications equipment, electronic warfare complexes, generators, construction materials, several vehicles, camouflage nets, food, and personal items was sent to the Special Military Operation (SVO) zone with the assistance of the United Russia party. ^[2] President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Gennady Krasnikov will present a report detailing the review process for applications of Hero City title candidates. ^[3] According to Vladimir Yakushev, since the start of the Special Military Operation, the United Russia party has sent more than 150,000 tons of cargo to the front. ^[4] Vladimir Yakushev noted that humanitarian aid is being provided in border regions including Belgorod, Kursk, and Bryansk oblasts which are under constant enemy fire. ^[5] Vladimir Yakushev, secretary of the Central Council of the United Russia party, stated that the party maintains direct contact with commanders and soldiers on the front to fulfill their requests. ^[6] Executive Secretary of the Search Movement of Russia Elena Tsunayeva will deliver a report at the meeting. ^[7] Primorye Region Governor and Chairman of the State Council Commission on Tourism Oleg Kozhemyako will deliver a report at the meeting. ^[8]
