The Fiscalía General de la Nación presented José Ángel Heredia Julio, a 28-year-old man, to a judge with control of guarantees functions as the suspected responsible party for a homicide in the Olaya Herrera neighborhood of Cartagena. ^[1] Andrés Felipe Manjarrés Álvarez, known as 'Felo Millones', was shot and killed by two hitmen on motorcycles on the evening of February 17 in the Olaya Herrera neighborhood of Medellín. ^[2] After the attack, the alleged aggressor fled the scene while the victim was transported to a health center where he later died due to the severity of the wounds. ^[3] During preliminary hearings, the Fiscalía imputed the crimes of homicide and manufacturing, trafficking, carrying, or possession of firearms, accessories, parts, or ammunition, both aggravated. ^[4] The investigated facts occurred on February 17, when the accused allegedly traveled on a motorcycle and fired at a 22-year-old young man. ^[5] The Fiscalía confirmed that one of the suspected murderers was hiding in Medellín and was captured with a judicial warrant. ^[6] The victim, a 22-year-old from Cartagena, was known in the local artistic community for interpreting urban rhythms and had dreams of becoming a recognized urban singer-songwriter. ^[7]
